Project Description

Nils Sjöberg

Partner – European Patent Attorney

Nils started at Brann in 2015. Before joining Brann he worked at a large IP law firm in Denmark and as an information specialist.

Nils is a generalist, mainly working with patents within the field of Life Science but he has a broad experience in multiple fields of intellectual property rights. He handles all aspects of patent applications and IP portfolios for large and mid-sized companies in Sweden, as well as internationally. In other words, Nils is the go-to guy for turning that napkin sketch into a whole, and secure, patent portfolio regardless of the product.

Nils biggest asset is his ability to quickly comprehend new technology and he can thereby, independently and effectively, create the best possible protection for the product. This, together with his creativity and comfort with short deadlines makes him very well-liked by his clients. He is also very appreciated for his pedagogical advice and devotion to his clients.

When Nils is not at work, you’ll probably find him out in nature or on his chair as a cornetist in a Brass band. Come October he plays the trumpet in a, somewhat, proper Oktoberfest Orchestra.
