Nils Sjöberg

European Patent Attorney

Nils Sjöberg has been employed by Brann since 2015. Before joining Brann, Nils worked in one of Denmark’s largest IP consultant firms for more than 6 years, and before that as a patent information specialist for three years. Nils offers IP counsel and other IP services to small and medium sized innovative research companies where short deadlines, quick decisions and a large measure of creativity characterizes his work. Nils is experienced in providing counsel on IP matters, filing and prosecuting global patent portfolios, performing due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses. Nils is a generalist: The formal background is in biotechnology including subjects such as chemical structures, medical device and functional foods; however on his desk you may also find a prototype for a new foundry machine.
