Kasper Öberg

European Patent Attorney

Kasper Öberg has been employed at Brann since 2014. Before joining Brann, he worked as a patent attorney in Copenhagen, Denmark, for seven years. Kasper Öberg has a broad competence in the fields of physics, measurement technology, mechanics, IT, and more specifically in optics, lighting, lasers, nano-technology, and data processing. Kasper Öberg has experience in writing and prosecuting patent applications within a broad spectrum of technical fields. He has also successfully represented clients in opposition procedures at the European Patent Office and has significant experience in patent litigation, such as infringement and invalidity disputes, both nationally and internationally. He considers this to be an important background to give reliable advice in patent matters. Kasper Öberg also has management experience from controlling collaborations on large patent portfolios.
