2020-03-17:

The prevailing situation with the COVID-19 spread has caused major changes in the world in a short period of time, which has led to disruptions in communication between the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the parties involved in contact with this authority.

As a result of these extraordinary circumstances the EUIPO has today, on March 16, 2020, decided that all the Office’s deadlines due between March 9, 2020 and April 30, 2020 are extended and will instead expire on May 1, 2020.

BRANN is, of course, staying up to date with ongoing changes and measures taken by the EUIPO due to the current situation.
