Omar started working at Brann in 2001, before that he worked as a lawyer at other leading law firms. He has vast experience in dispute resolution with special focus on IP litigation.
Omar Baki is head of Brann’s litigation group and represents clients in all courts including the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and in arbitral tribunals. Omar has broad competence and works across most industries with a certain focus on life science, medtech and pharma-industries.
Omar is the kind of person who works hard and goes the extra mile, you can expect nothing but the best of his performance. Nevertheless, he makes sure there is time for questions and that everyone around him is happy as he is always close to laughter.
When Omar is not working tirelessly in his role as litigator you can find him skydiving or making his own kombucha.
