Niclas joined Brann in 2016. He has previously worked as a patent attorney and advisor, as an examiner at the Swedish Patent Office and in technical consulting services in the telecommunications sector, both in Sweden and abroad. Niclas technical competence spans from telecommunications, signal processing, financial systems, Internet gaming and optics to imaging.
Through his long experience as a patent attorney, examiner and technical consultant, he has a well-developed sense of identifying, creating and prosecuting intellectual property rights. Niclas also offers advice to assist his clients in managing the challenges they face in the field of intellectual property, such as the challenges related to business development, technology development or entry into new markets. By making the right effort to the right extent and at the right time, the benefit of the efforts is maximized for the client.
Niclas engages in his clients’ businesses and always stays focused on the needs of the client company. Requirements and measurements are established early on to make sure that the best possible protection for the intellectual property is established and implemented.
He prefers to always stay ahead and works proactively with preventive and concise advice in every expected situation. While striving to provide the best solutions and most cost-effective services. Niclas always keeps the ball rolling and makes sure the client is involved in the process for effective advancement. Nicks is very well liked, by clients as well as his colleagues, for his process oriented working methods.
Niclas is a true animal lover, his spare time is spent in the stables, with horses as well as cats.
