He has previously worked as a patent attorney and advisor, as an examiner at the Swedish Patent Office and in technical consulting services in the telecommunications sector, both in Sweden and abroad. Niclas technical competence spans from telecommunications, signal processing, financial systems, Internet gaming and optics to imaging.
Through his long experience as a patent attorney, examiner and technical consultant, he has a well-developed sense of identifying, creating and prosecuting intellectual property rights. Niclas also offers advice to assist his clients in managing the challenges they face in the field of intellectual property, such as the challenges related to business development, technology development or entry into new markets. By making the right effort to the right extent and at the right time, the benefit of the efforts is maximized for the client.
