Harriet started working at Brann in 1991, and two years later she became partner.

With extensive competence in various IP related matters, Harriet assists clients ranging from individual inventors to multinational companies. She mainly works with innovative research companies, in particular in the chemistry and Life Science sector. Her work includes drafting patent applications and managing global patent portfolios, preparing patentability, freedom-to-operate, due diligence and validity opinions, handling opposition and invalidation proceedings and providing strategic IP advice. She also handles applications for supplementary protection certificates (SPC) and related rights. She has represented clients at oral proceedings before the European Patent Office, the Swedish Patent and Registration Office and the Swedish Court of Patent Appeals.

Harriet has a close and long-lasting collaboration relationship with a majority of her clients, many of whom have testified of their appreciation for her skill and commitment. Colleagues at Brann value Harriet for her straightforward and helpful manner and for her deep professional knowledge.
