Harriet Allee joined Brann in 1991 and is a partner since 1993. Harriet has extensive experience in various patent related matters, assisting clients ranging from individual inventors to multinational companies. She has a close and long standing collaboration with many small and medium sized innovative research companies, in particular in the chemistry and Life Science sector.

Her work includes drafting and managing global patent portfolios, preparing patentability, freedom-to-operate, due diligence and validity opinions, providing strategic IP advice, handling oppositions and invalidations proceedings, as well as providing general patent counseling. She also handles applications for supplementary protection certificates (SPC) and related rights.

She has represented clients at oral proceedings at the European Patent Office, the Swedish Patent and Registration Office and the Swedish Court of Patent Appeals. Harriet is fluent in English and French and knowledgeable in German.
