Gustaf has been with Brann since 1996. He mainly works with inventions within various fields of chemistry, but also within the mechanical field.
With vast experience Gustaf effortlessly handles anything from new patent applications to protecting and managing patent portfolios for his clients. He conducts freedom-to-operate analyses and patentability investigations as well as prosecutes applications for Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC’s). He also represents clients before the Swedish Intellectual Property Office, Swedish Patent and Market Court, Swedish Patent and Market Court of Appeal, European Patent Office and WIPO.
In his everyday work for his clients, Gustaf strives to keep the need for detailed instructions from his clients to a minimum in each situation.
When not working, Gustaf enjoys hiking in the mountains. He also has a genuine interest in vintage cars.
